This is the perfect market to sell your home! Selling now allows you to save more on your next purchase. Any experience investor will tell you, you make your money in the buy. From a logical point of view, if the market were to shift approximately 4% down due to market conditions. 4% on $300k is $12,000 that sounds like you just lost money right? Incorrect, when buying your next home most people are moving up, if you were to buy a home that would normally be $400k and is reduced by 4% that�s $16,000; you just picked up $4,000.
